Rocker Maynard James Keenan is looking to relocate.
"Rolling Stone" says the Tool, A Perfect Circle, and Pucifer frontman has put his Los Angeles home up for sale. The listing describes the two-story house as "Mediterranean in design," adding that it's "tucked underneath the Hollywood sign" bordering Griffith Park.
Realtor Jon Berentine says "the most important thing about the house is the seclusion of it," explaining that there's "parkland on three sides of the property" so the residents are "away from everything." He adds that the house "reflects the travel and worldliness that is Maynard," and the rocker "has gone to great lengths to import significant pieces that are built into the structure itself."
The house includes four bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms. There's also a courtyard, pool area, and waterfalls, as well as a separate guest house and a detached garage.
Keenan originally listed the home in January for $2,795,000 dollars. This week he dropped the price, and is now willing to sell for $2,495,000.
